/ /* žžI Have No Mouth and I Must Scream''.

He went home and took a shower during which Jessica walks into his apartment. - A scene where Jessica pulls or pulls off her stocking as she was sitting cross-legged was cut. - Bob Hoskins watched his young daughter to learn how to act with imaginary characters. He later had problems with hallucinations. Hoskins' son was reportedly furious that his father hadn't brought any of his cartoon co-stars home to meet him. - Some scenes of Eddie Valiant in the taxi are actually drawings of Eddie Valliant instead of the actor Bob Hoskins. - Jessica Rabbit's speaking voice was performed by Kathleen Turner, and her singing voice was performed by Amy Irving, both uncredited. - Eddie enters a toontown men's room which has the graffiti ``For a Good Time, call Allyson Wonderland'' in the background. In the reverse angle shot, the balls have disappeared. - After Eddie Valiant's first visit to Maroon's office, he leaves the studio lot and walks across the street. The camera pans down and back, revealing the reflection of an assistant director in the trolley car window. Quotes: Jessica: I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way. Starring in the femme Western "Bad Girls" as one of four gun-toting range rovers, she is widely credited with the film's chart-topping opening in face of excoriating reviews. Meanwhile, her hit romantic comedy "Four Weddings And A Funeral" continues its strong showing, dropping to No.2 after selling almost as many tickets as "Bad Girls" on fewer than half screens. The bad news: The field currently dominated by MacDowell is unusually weak. Thus far, the spring box office is down 25 percent from the record set in 1990. **>> MOVIE REVIEWS <<** - BACKBEAT (R) - A loving re-creation of the years before the Beatles were stars, when they were just a rough and tumble bar band playing hard rocking cover versions of "Good Golly, Miss Molly" in the grimy rathskellers of Hamburg, Germany. The core of the movie is the close, jealously charged, sexually ambiguous relationship between John Lennon (Ian Hart) and his best friend from art school, Stuart Sutcliffe (Stephen Dorff), who is also the fifth member of the Beatles. Hart does a dead-on impresonation of Lennon the barbed-wire cutup. Rate: A (April 15)

**>> Zvezdani ratovi?

**>> MOVIE REVIEWS <<** - FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL (R) - This bright, British romantic comedy about the progress of Charles (Hugh Grant), a perpetual guest at the weddings of other grooms, and Carrie (Andie MacDowell), the woman he ambivalently falls for, is shot through with infectious charm and sunny goodwill. RATE: A- (March 25) - SERIAL MOM (R) John Waters' latest comedy is about a smiling, applecheeked housewife who is also a knife-wielding psycho. Playing this Betty Crocker from hell, KAthleen Turner gives a perky cartoon performance, but she doesn't summon enough eccentric reserves of personality to triumph over what is essentialy a one-joke role. RATE: C (April 22)

Ivan
